How can a coach help you reach your inner miracles?
Whenever I meet a client who is hesitant to visualize a better form of living for himself, I recall the days I was also a training coach and tried the “rose” revolutionary experiment! I am so grateful that my master coach endorsed me to try this exercise.
The rose exercise is quite simple: you visualize a rose, and after some days, it “miraculously” reaches you! The first time I did it, I envisioned the rose for three days, and on day 4, a rose (red like the one in my visualizations) literarily fell in front of my legs! I was walking, and a red rose appeared in front of me. I was amazed at the impact it has on a practical level, the force to enable general positivity combined with reality.
It’s so encouraging to have a coach that knows how to unleash your power within as the great Tony Robbins likes to say (by the way, it will be great to join us in his next “Unleash the Power Within” show this May in Birmingham).
The exercise isn’t sorcery. It’s something explained by Psychology and Sociology. When you want something that bad and make an effort to visualize and finally obtain it, then you will have it. It’s a Universal Law.
After prompting a client to visualize, it’s essential also to enable action! Many clients are keen to ‘yo-yo coaching.’ While they make some progress, they tend to go back to their comfort zone and get involved in situations that don’t help them evolve. I recall many cases in which my client’s main goal was to find the perfect date but was still opting for partners that had the characteristics of her past relationships! I coached her, and she remembered the pain she once felt by these choices. Therefore I’ve encouraged her to forgive and embrace the past that seemed to haunt her.

It’s encouraging to think that the client already has the answers. He knows all things for his life; he has the whole picture. It’s the coach’s approach that will make him realize and go after them!
