I returned from 4 weeks of uninterrupted vacations, fresh and ready to make a difference. Some years ago, this was a far-fetched dream: even if I would “give” myself some time off, there would be challenges that my team would need my support with when I was on vacation so I used to spend my vacations….. working in exotic places 🙂
Then I invested an insane amount (for my budget) on learning from a Mentor who had achieved what I wanted to achieve, I still remember crying each month when I had to pay 1500 euros for the mentoring program. But I HAD TO CHANGE. The pain of being a prisoner of the company I created and loved so much was bigger than money.
And yes, after some time, I started taking 1 week of uninterrupted vacations, then 2 weeks, up to 8 weeks per year and my company keeps running smoothly, we have the incredible feedback of 9,4/10 from our students.
If you are an entrepreneur and you are serious about growing your company while you take your life back, you may want to be one of my hand picked coachees. FYI there is a waiting list in my practice. If you want to learn more, hit reply and my team will get back to you.
