So, now you know! The reason for not believing in our strengths and for following others’ path is simply the lack of love for ourselves! Even being born perfect and pure, surrounded by infinite love, we were brought up with the fallacy that it’s inevitable to go through the stages of suffer, competition, limitation and struggle! No room for abundance, understanding, kindness, no space for enhancing our uniqueness and excel through love! In fact, we are considered selfish every time we focus on ourselves, every time we speak highly of us, every time we do what we were destined by nature to do: love ourselves!
Love is the true base of sexual unity. If we don’t put ourselves first, we won’t get to preserve our dreams, wishes, and goals. We are enough! Our unique approach to life is much needed today! So bring your value to the world! Fall in love with yourself!

Look at yourself in the mirror. Place one hand over the heart and the other gently on your cheek. Just say “I understand, I love you unconditionally”. Take a deep breath and repeat three times. This is the first act to embrace yourself with loving kindness.
