So what is our plan for the generations to come? We could reproduce the fallacy that business is a tough world made for men or we could opt for reality. This world has no true potential without female leadership. And I don’t necessarily mean that women have to overthrow men and take over. It’s a situation that needs to change gradually based on the acknowledgment that female core traits can make a difference in business.
It’s not and it should not be a fight for dominion among men and women. All we ask for is to be given the space to defend our nature, to exhibit our positive, balanced, decisive and caring spirit, to develop our personality and make a difference in business being who we truly are.
