Many people during and after the pandemic started working on themselves spiritually. In the midst of chaos and changes, we started paying more attention towards what matters. And life coaching, as a growing business with the global personal development market size was valued at USD 41.81 billion in 2021 and is anticipated to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.5% from 2022 to 2030 has been welcoming more and more people who want to become Life Coaches.
But why shouldn’t you become a life coach?
In my humble opinion, my beautiful friend, you shouldn’t become a life coach if you’re not willing to be honest about what you’re thinking and telling.
You shouldn’t become a life coach if you don’t want to commit to doing the inner work, and if you don’t want to commit to do the inner work, it’s okay BUT you’re not going to be a good life coach.

If you’re attached to a victim mode and you believe that everyone else is responsible for your problems, then this is not a good profession for you. You’re not going to be able to grow.
Now, if you tend towards negative comparison and competition and jealousy and you aren’t open to further growth, you hold the attitude of I already know that, oh yeah, I’ve done this, I’ve done this, I’ve done that. My beautiful friend, this will not be the best place for you. It might seem like an amazing career that people are successful who are doing it, but you need to be in a welcoming change mindset.
This mindset comes through a lot of inner work and it’s so important that you commit to doing that. We firmly believe that if you are not going to become a leader for yourself, then you’re not going to become a leader for others too.
