How competent are you with your ‘cracks’?
Is your life path full of little joys?
Do your mistakes built up a better you?
There is this beautiful ancient Japanese story that vividly shows why life coaching always works, even when you think that you are not keen to change or imperfect. Watch this emotional fable in my video below:
In life coaching, we are embracing imperfection as an essential stage of change. Finding perfection into imperfection reconciles us with ourselves and proves that perfection’s pursuit is vain and aimless. Perfection is the biggest form of ego; the biggest lie we were ever told.
To know that all ”cracks” matter, doesn’t alienate you from the attempt to become a better version of what you are. We’re becoming better with life coaching, but the starting line is where we interpret our flaws as the reason to ask for more.
This is the way we support our coaches in the Global Academy of Coaching and our clients to become more (don’t forget to vote for our best-seller ”Suddenly Now” in the Public 2020 Book Awards: https://www.publicbookawards.gr/2020/vote2020.php?auto=1&CatID=8&id=1505)
Every crack has its unique purpose and can create a beautiful garden! Feel free to read my article in Forbes on how you can be inspired by simply being yourself (find it here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbescoachescouncil/2020/01/27/how-to-turn-your-flaws-into-inspiration/#2c256ef95f90)
Even if you feel cracked or broken inside, there is always a part of you that keeps flourishing and somehow thriving! The path worths every step!
