Brick by brick we start from birth building a wall, piling up around our pure heart small and big bricks of disappointment, disapproval, rejection. By the time we reach a certain age, this wall is so tall that our pureness and perfection have been totally buried underneath it. The world is filled with people who try to harm us so our work is to protect ourselves. This constant effort for self-protection is instructed by the upsetting voice of our own Ego. Our Ego takes everything personally, trying to manipulate us to give up hope on others and ourselves.To gain back the perfection we had the moment we’ve left our mother’s body, we need to embrace and release those walls. Every time you start negotiating about something that will take you out of your routine, just listen carefully to your thoughts. Every time you start playing drama in your head, pay close attention to identify your Ego’s voice. When a negative feeling passes through your mind, take some time to reflect if depicts reality or it’s just another false alarm activated by your Ego.
