A life coach is a professional that supports the coach or the client to develop the mindset to be happy. It’s fostered through finding and owning your truth to be able to confront, with confidence and zeal, anything life throws your way. The support life coaches give to individuals in the course of changing their lives is why they are necessary.
An ICF(International Coaching Federation) accredited coach establishes the goal of the coaching relationship initially to be able to know the supportive course to take to arrive at the desired outcome.
The tough questions are asked, and the life coach listens attentively, being empathetic and non-judgmental throughout the process. The coach will focus on making the desired outcome reality by awakening the reticular activating system.
