And let me share a story with you about a coachee that I worked with.
She was dating a married man for eight years. Within one coaching session, she took the decision to actually release this relationship that didn’t serve her at all and she just let it go within one coaching session.
Seriously, how many years would she be with that man for the rest of her life without that coaching session? I really don’t know. And I really don’t want to find out.
