Theodora said “I will never forget a quote you told me you can throw a life jacket, but you cannot force anyone, anyone to wear it. So at that time of my life, I wanted to change a lot of things, but I couldn’t. So coaching alerted me that if I change inside me, things around me will change. I cannot save anyone. So I started from myself because I wanted to wear that life jacket.”
