So, there’s a particular question that can really transform you and help you start thinking about how you can resolve a big challenge! This specific question has got many of my clients into serious and fruitful thinking! Find out which one is it in my video below:
Whenever we feel frustrated and at a loss, it’s always a good idea to write down this quote:
“what would have to happen in order for me to ………….”
and make sure to fill in the answer that best fits.
Be mindful to focus on the desired outcome, not the unwanted challenge.
For example, don’t write: I don’t want my husband to talk to me like this.
Instead, write what you want to happen, like
“What would have to happen in order for my husband to talk to me with love and affection?”
We focus on what we need to happen in order for us to feel the positive action of change.
- We don’t focus on the minus.
- We don’t focus on the lack of things.
- We are getting specific to receive specific and not random results.
Use this powerful exercise to reveal all things that stop you from becoming what you truly want.
