I am a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, which means I belong to the 4% of coaches globally, because I have very high standards for myself and want to belong to an organization that has high standards as well.
But a huge percentage of coaches out there, have not studied with an accredited body.
They may have done a 2 day training and say they are coaches.
