Kinga is an HR professional in an I.T. company in Romania.
Kinga started her journey at Global Academy of Coaching, feeling inspired after my masterclass held during the ICF International Week. Her life was good, but she felt she needed more, admitting “I kind of envied you. You were so self-confident and you were shining. You were happy. And I said, okay, my life is in a good place now. But I would like to be just like her.”
She was happy with her job, but for her, coaching offered the completeness that she needed that she felt would make her life whole.
Becoming a more confident individual was her goal and she was able to take an honest look within, build her confidence and improve herself. Kinga stated, “I learned how to accept myself, how to love myself, and how to trust myself. And so the confidence just started growing and growing and growing.”

With a busy family life and demanding career, Kinga had neither the money nor the time to start studying at Global Academy of Coaching. Nevertheless, today she has both paying and pro bono clients and has also somehow incorporated coaching into her job.
On her journey, she learned that she was enough and that to be a good coach she had to be loving and empathetic, and also support herself before she could effectively support others.
