Wars, mass shootings with children as victims, gas is more expensive than ever, seriously is it possible to stay positive today?
My dear friend, we all grieve with the recent heart breaking events and today more than ever, it’s important to stay in unity and positivity.
Research says that we have over 70,000 thoughts per day and 50,000 are negative. Now what our mind thinks it creates. So to be honest, I think that with 50,000 negative thoughts per day, it’s a miracle that we still are walking around. I’ll share with you the ways that you can start exercising the brain in order to start thinking positively.
