From my journey, I have seen that when you study Life Coaching, the first thing that happens is that you start actually getting to know yourself, who you really are. Does it sound weird? Then, the second very important thing that happens when you study to become a life coach, is that you get to understand how others think. You develop the empathy to connect much more with people. In life coaching is fundamental to understand and connect with empathy with other people.
