- Maintain your beautiful and gentle character. Do not succumb to the ease of melancholy, nerves, anger, and isolation. Remember that if you focus on the lack, you eventually become the lack. Keep strength and courage in the heart, help those you can, go against the current of discrediting noble feelings. As we turn the dark pages of our life’s book, we most definitely seek support in ourselves. Keep, then, thy heart pure, for it is only by the positive spirit that we shall build the best days ahead.
