How to breathe the air of free self-expression?
Awareness is a two-way road to understand others and be understood!
Creating awareness is a principal competency in life coaching, and it has to do everything with learning to accept diversity in thinking and succeed to communicate despite them properly.
Εffective communication with other people is one of the most common challenges we face in life. This is basically due to the different realities we all experience every day. There are 7 million different realities out there, one for each and one of us. And it’s okay not to get along with some of them, but it’s also extremely crucial to acknowledge their existence and try to get along with them.
This trait is valuable not only to ensure social peace but also to reinforce leadership skills in the working environment where different ideas and backgrounds need to line up and result in a profitable outcome. To communicate effectively, we need to understand that each person has his own completely different point of view and try to trace the reason derived from. Each person has his own story to share, and this needs not only attention but respect.
