Accountability is sharing your aspirations, your goals, and vision with another human being. The moment we share that private information, our brain starts to process it to make it real rapidly. Once emotionally ‘exposed,’ we feel 85% more committed, and we make an effort to stay true to our word.
We are accustomed to this public acknowledgment, and this approval acts as a motivation, and this is the time we mostly need it to endure.
